I was born in north-eastern Brazil and live in Ticino. This is where I built my life and raised my two children, so I know first-hand what it means to deal with Brazilian paperwork from abroad. For many years I was president of the Brazilian Club of Italian-speaking Switzerland. Over time, I became a trusted contact for Brazilians seeking guidance on matters in Switzerland or outstanding issues in Brazil. I also organise Brazilian cultural events in Ticino, keeping our culture alive and bringing the community together. For more than 16 years I have been helping the Brazilian community, handling each request personally from the first document to the last.
